    Default New Job

I started my new job today and I have 2 weeks of training. I'm in information overload mode. What I learned today has kicked my brains butt, but I'm glad to be there. I'm excited about being able to help people with the answers they need. It's all mortgage related and associated with short sales. Some happy people and some unhappy. That's OK though. I'm looking forward to offering help to all who ask for it.

Joe as a gracefully matured person working in a call center I can say that you will do very well. If your demeanor on the phone is anything like your demeanor here that you will be one of ther top people there. good luck on the new journey god has chosen for you

    Thumbs up

    Joe,
Training can be intense & often overwhelming, but you'll be fine.
Prayers ARE still going out to you & that stacks the deck in your favor.

Joe, ask yourself, "can they catch a trout on a dry fly while sitting on a chair in the river?"

After that it's all strawberry shortcake.

have a great tomorrow my friend!

Thanks everbody. I really do appreciate the support. I studied this morning the things I did poorly on yesterday, and I feel much better now.

Z, Thanks for the laugh. I'll put that image in my mind every time I answer the phone now. They won't help but feel the smile on my face then.

    Lotech,

A "Manager of Technical Support" at a software company I I consider the learning curve to take about 5 years for a new tech, There is so much to learn it is ridiculous. But bottom line if you follow the one most important rule your customer will ALWAYS be happy. "Love you neighbor as you love yourself". There is GREAT Wisdom behind that!

Joe, this is awesome news! You'll do great, and that's a fact, brother.
