I can't say about fly fishing but there's a lot of feed lots in Kansas.

This has been mine for a long time. A small stream a few hours from home that I love to fish alone:
Bamboozle,
Looks like one o thsoe beautiful little Penn's Woods native brook trout streams.
... for a couple weeks after I caught him on the Bitterroot.
I think that is only the second fish I have ever used on my desktop.
Most of mine are streams and rivers and the surrounding scenery and wildlife. Will put up a few of those as we go along.

The fish are always right.
This is probably my favorite. It's of Elk River in TN. My dad had fished it as a young man, and had wanted for several years to make the hike back into it. It is a tough 3 mile hike in with the last mile bushwhacking down the side of the mountain, but in June of 09 I talked him into giving it a go with me. We had a great time and he whipped my behind in both the hike and fishing. He passed away in Nov. of the same year, and I would have hated to have not made that trip.

They're just fish, right? Right?
