I enjoyed DarthWaders recent post about tying a flie with tinsel from his kid's bike handle grips. Since I first tied some excellent nymphs with fur from my German Shepherd, I look at every animal with new eyes. I know that lots has been written on this topic but I always enjoy it. No pet is safe from prying eyes. "Hey friend. Nice dog (cat, parrot, ferret, emu, llama, aardvark, wombat, horse, oryx...) you have there!"

I do the same thing. I visited a friend the other day and came home with hair from the mane and tail of his mule!!
