    Default Wisconsin's Trout Season

The last month of season is always my favorite. The male browns are getting the spawning itch and traveling upstream and are opportunists when it comes to getting their meals. This make them more vulnerable to being caught. September is big ugly male brown month!

The brookies get that same itch and the big males are easier to catch also.

That brown is just a huge looking fish and the brookie isn't too shabby either!
