    Default 3 weight fun!

havent been able to fish for a while due to illness but im back! went out today with my diamond glass 3 weight to see if i could stir up a bream bite. the bite was on! i used a commercial tied popper most of the day in white/green. they also hit the small bead head with peacock too! these are a few pics from the cell phone.

What a gas those bluegill are on a flyrod! I bet that bass was a bugger to land, too - nice job. BEAUTIFUL fish - I love the color on the bluegill...
Thank God for my wife, the midge nymph and those hapless Iowa Hawkeyes!
