Business opportunity available! It breaks my heart to even think about this, but the Waldorf at Story, both the cafe and the general store (along with the house and writers cabin) are available for a most reasonable price!

Hey Betty,
MUCH to our dismay, we did stop by last Sept ( as we did for the last 10 years or so) for the no longer available breakfast and saw the "FOR SALE" sign. The store WAS open and we did buy much of the wine selection at "closeout" prices. Missus .................. did give us a tour of the layout as if we were potential buyers. Cute place in a cute town but......................................... we're a bit long in the tooth to jump into a new venture. It is a GREAT buy and location for someone whose passion is the cullinary arts and wants to work 20 hours a day EVERY day.
We're VERY sad it is no longer.

Just curious, where is Story?
Hugs,

Story, Wyoming! Located between Sheridan (north) and Buffalo (south) on I25. Blink and you've missed it! But a wonderful, wonderful little town!!

Betty and all potential buyers..................
The Waldorf-A-Story-A was a passion of two ladies who demonstrated that passion in some of the food they served. It was a "diamond in the rough" .

Please, Please, don't let VEE see this ad. She'd be bugging me to sell the house and move to Wyoming where she could have a place to serve good food to deserving fly fishermen. Wait.....is that a bad thing?
Where exactly is Story, Wyoming?

Happiness is wading boots that never have a chance to dry out.
Missed this one, ech?? That'd be North East part of the state.

Just to add fuel to a few fires, Wyoming has NO state income tax and one of the lowest sales tax rates in the country. Schools were well funded when I was there last. Story is a great little town. Like most small towns in Wyoming it's kick butt place to be on Saturday night, whatever age you are!

Be careful how you live. You may be the only Bible some person ever reads.
Losing that business has to be a huge loss for the community. I mean HUGE! I hope somebody can keep it going.
