An old Fiberglass rod
This one is a rod that was a customers Grandfathers fly rod and he just wanted it fixed up to hang on the wall in his den. I didnt have much to work with when I got it due to all the layers of paint and yellow epoxy that was left where the guides "use" to be. So I stripped all the stuff off it and rebuilt it with a classic Fenwick style grip, new guides, Varigated garnet thread with White NCP trim, and then repainted a few areas that needed to be fixed up. Should make a nice wall hanger to bring back some memories of Grandpa for him.
