These beasties were inspired by the humble Wooly Worm, but with a bit more attractive tail instead of a butt.

Hopefully youse can see those pics.
If there are not two or three copies of that post floating around. I'm still trying to figure out the new BBS.
The Wooly Worms were made on size 8 Eagle Claw baitholders that were on sale a long time ago. They don't seem to be available in bulk as much as they used to be at the various discount places.

I used to get all kinds of cheap hooks for panfish for those kind of plies at Walmart but around here they stopped selling anything under a 6 for the most part. The flies look good though, I'm sure they'll fool whatever you intend to toss them at.
No kiddin' man!
There was a time, what but a few years ago, that hooks were totally sold for cheep and worked great for various sizes from 8-2 wet.
I guess that times are changing, and I'm gonna' have to deal with it.
I'm only looking forward to the time when things change for the good again, and I can get cool hooks for cheep once more. Too bad I didn't stock up on the cool ones.
Looks like we the fly tiers are gonna' have to come up with some really great creations in this "era"
