Fly fisher's generosity.
To everyone,
I'd just like to put a word in for the generosity of some of our members here.
Recently I missed out on a chance to share in a swap (asleep at the wheel!) and was wanting to get some info. that the swapmeister included for his swappers. I just asked to be included in the shared network info for my own learning.
Well, not only did I get the appropriate URL's forwarded to me but indeed, I was given a few flies that would've been included in the swap by the swapmeister himself! AND a dozen or so flies that this gent ties himself....just because!
Dunno what to say folks, other than one big "THANK YOU" to..you know who you are!
Again, some of you fly fishers here show what goodness and friendliness is in your hearts. And I can't tell you enough, how much that thought is appreciated!
