Gift for newborn

Does anyone have any good ideas for a fly-fishing-related gift for a newborn? I have some friends who just had a baby, and (while it's kinda cheesy) I like to give fly fishing gifts to the children in my life. But I have no idea what's out there for a newborn. I don't have any kids, myself.

A little bitty flyfishing vest? A bamboo rod? How 'bout a night light/table lamp for the baby's room in a fishing motif (google flyfishing motif lamps ... it's incredible!!)

only you know the family and there activities, go to cabela's and type in baby in the search, also try infant. (I saw a nice life jacket for infants on the web site.)

You should get some Ideas, depending on the family how much you want to spend and how many children they have. I can think of from a digital camera on down.

If you told us how much you want to spend and the sex of the child we might be able to help more,

Oh kids are always needing things (diapers etc) a gift card to walmart, Target or other local store is always a great gift to
give new parents.
