Been packing the camper for the last week or so, I call it my mobile fly shop. Rods, enough to have the pleasure of sharing, flys.. never enough so I'll tie a few and bum a few while I'm there. Propane for the heater (dont forget) and food.
Brandon and I shared a few beers yesterday and planed our menu, I think we will be eating good!
Dont forget about the friday evening steak fry... I'll get the coals going just the way AC taught me....
I head out for the Selway on Weds morning... I will name all the fishies..... "Fred"
Going miss the folks that cant make it.....
VEE and I will be there in time to set up camp and fish this Wednesday evening. Starting to get a bit excited.
Been moping around all day couldn't figure out why. Put our old dog down a year ago. Sometimes my brain just amazes me. I don't remember stuff, but the brain never forgets.
Foo, those flies are looking good. I have some of those furled body flies myself, tied on 2x long shank hooks. They are what John Scott sent me for last years fish-in. 4 casts, 4 fish. Great flies.
