Article on Outer Banks???

There was article on fly fishing the Outer Banks, NC (not Point Lookout), in either Fly Fisherman or Eastern Fly Fishing some time in the last three years. I can't seem to find it in my stack of mags here. Any one remember the issue???if so what month and year was it. Thanks.

maybe I can help if you need some info...its been a while but I lived there and my family tree is there...spent many yrs wading, surf fishing and pier fishing there...lots of off shore action as well...I also know Ocracoke pretty well as I worked on the island for a long time...my family name is Baum which you will find is one of the biggest names down there, especially in Wanchese and Kitty Hawk...
