Great story with a happy ending (I hope). I'm with you. This sure sounds like a serious case of child neglect. The sad part is that child will be back with her neglectful parents/family members. The thing is, you were put at that place and at that time for a reason and you did the right thing. Thank you for what you did and for sharing your story.
