For peacock herl I have had good service with excellent quality with this company.

    http://www.tonyhill.net/

I believe the owner used to be a commercial flytier so if you call or send an email with your order he can hand pick exactly what you need.

Take a look at craft and home decore stores they have a good selection of both here in Roseburg.

www.Feathersmc.com will have exactly what you need. by the looks of it youre probably thinking of getting into classic salmon flies. feathersmc is a site basically purely dedicated to that so they will have everything you need.

Thanks guys very much. I will be checking these places out. I have heard of one, and already looked at them. I wasn't sure how good they were, but wanted opinions. I hate buying feathers and they aren't up to snuff if you know what I mean. So I like to get recommendations. I will be checking this out. I need these feathers for streamers. I am a streamer nut...lol..

I've had good results with Hook and Hackle.

They've also got great swords and different dyed herls.
    Good golden pheasant heads too.

Thanks, I have bought some hooks and a few things from them in the past. I will see what they have too. I have been busy making flies for Casting For Recovery, and I haven't placed an order for the feathers yet. I want them for streamers.
