    Default STH Fly Reels Quality?

I'd appreciate some opinions on STH fly reels. I bought one about 20 years ago, which I gave to my nephew, and it's still going strong. I read the company that made them sold out. Are they still made with the same quality?

Cortland distributes STH, I don't know if it owns the company.

I believe past info on here about them has been generally favorable.

What is the purpose? Small trout, panfish in small streams or ponds? If so, no worries.

The bigger fish applications where the drag is really needed is where the debate will matter.

    Default Couldn't find previous

Hi: I couldn't find the previous discussion that was on the site. I'll be using it for trout in fast water.
