    I have the older model Traditional ina an 8' 4 wt, very good rods. You should be happy with it when you get it.

    Default I have the

    Traditional II in an 8wt, and I absolutley love that rod. Its great for Bass, Carp, Catfish, anything that pulls hard, I think you'll be very happy with it and at $40 ya cant really go wrong.
    Never brag about you equipment or skill. One is obvious and the other will be.
