    chris thank you for the artical... 16 hrs on the water may seem like alot to some, but when you take time like you described to enjoy the whole day in detail, I'v learned to use my fishing days out the same way, to enjoy the whole day... Thank you again... Stop and smell the flowers indeed..

    Glad to see you have a Robbins guide to birds. I met Chandler Robbins once. He seemed like a nice fella. Best bird book IMHO.
    Good fishing technique trumps all.....wish I had it.
