They also have a contact form on their website and are quite responsive to questions/concerns. They aren't a big operation which may be why they don't have the phone number on the website.

Sorry to hear that. I've been very happy with all of my Fishpond stuff, though I'll be honest and note I don't use any of their packs. From what I've heard they are good folks who stand behind their product so if you've had a failure hopefully they will make it right.
