Default Not ff. Tribute to the troops by a 15 year old.

This tribute to our troops will make you proud of them, may make you cry for them and inspire you to remember them. This was done by an amazing 15 year old young lady, Lizzie Palmer. Lizzie has restored my faith in the younger folk of our country.

Please turn on your audio and keep a tissue handy. The video is a long one but you won't mind. I think most of you vets will feel like standing:

    Lizzie,
Not only am I proud of our troops but I am very, very proud of you. I will always remember the troops and you as their champion!

    To all my fellow Veterans,
I will never forget you. Know this, no matter our likenesses nor differences, so long as I walk this earth you have someone that remembers, loves and respects you. Thank you!

She wants to join the Army after graduation. You go for it young lady! No matter which branch of the Armed Forces you join you will wear the uniform with pride, do right by the people of our nation and the world and I am darned proud of you!

From an Air Cavalry Trooper, HOOAH! I Salute you!

  5. Default Proud of them all

One of my sons is over "there" again. As a military retiree, you bet I'm proud of him & his family!
Food for thought: When was the last time you wrote to a service man or woman? Not an E mail or just a post card but a real letter! Next time you do, tell them you love them & you're proud of them & those like them. Try to get it right. There may not be a do over.
