Default My new vise and the first fly i've tied on it

    Hello everybody,

A few weeks ago I asked you for advice, because my old vise is a bit worn.
And many thanks for all your good advises and links so I could make a good choice.
My new vise is arrived! I've tied for testing on a lot of different vises, anvil, peak, mongoose, regal, ect...some were too expensive for me, but others did have a good price for me.
My choice is.....an peak vise. Simpel, in use, simpel design, but very good qua quality and in use! Here's my new and the first fly I've tied on it.

Very Nice Fly, keep us informed of how you like the vise.

    inderk,

Good choice on the vice. I've been using a Peak for about 4 years. You'll enjoy working with it. Looks like you got all the bells and whistles.

    Nice fly too!

Excellent choice on the vise. Several of my mates in the UK tie on Peaks and love them. Very nice first fly off the vise.

Nice fly -- great vise -- you'll enjoy -- I'm getting an Anvil Atlas myself -- I like the Peak but tried the Atlas out and found it better for my tying needs
