depth ray yarn

anybody know of a shop or anyplace else that may still sell depth ray yarn??

i want to tie some streamers from "forgotten flies" that use depth ray yarn and want to stay with the original recipe as close as possible.

please no "punch yarn"

I did a google on Depth Ray yarn and came up with a number of hits. You might check to see if any of those will fit the bill. Good luck.

Danville Depth Ray Yarn
and got a good few results, although the most
promising one was 'Sportfish' here in the UK.

Yup, that's it. He doesn't call it "Depth Ray" on his site, but that's what it says on the spools.
