Default Rod Tip repairs...Do they have any kits? How do you fix them

Hey the rod tip broke about 3 inches down from the tip and was wondering if they have any kits that I can retrofit to reattach it. I've seen baitcasting rods with what looked like a sleeve of plastic to hold it together...don't know what it was called but if you know please let me know!

I've tried sticking a stiff piece of metal in the between the two and using it as a means to connect the two and I used superglue inside it, then tried using thread to wrap around it and then epoxied it...but after a trip on the river, it started to bend at that break...

Well I'm sure there's some way we can ghetto rig this without having to buy another rod...let me know!

What material is the rod made of? Is it a clean break or is there some fracturing and splintering? How much more of it is affected by your super glue attempt to repair?
If a clean break I would cut it just a bit lower and glue on a new tip top.
Is there a guarantee on the rod? Orvis Scott, Sage? If it is an inexpensive rod and you can't get a new blank or tip top won't work you will probably have to bite the bullet and buy another.

Jack it off, but you probably need to buy a tip a little bit larger. Should be almost unnoticable, or better!
