OT: Thoughts

It's been a long time since I've posted here. I'm sure very few of you know me.. a few still do. I'm asking a favor... my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer today. If you wouldn't mind... any thought of "best wishes" you could send her way... would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there Mike;
Needless to say I'm sorry to hear of your moms' plight. Hopefully the cancer was detected early enough and with todays available medical technology and a bit of prayer can be dealt with in short order.
I hear the cure process has it's good days and not so good days. I fervently hope that there will be more of the good. I'll be looking forward to your posts telling us of her positive progress.

Your mom has been added in our thoughts and prayers from here on the Oregon coast. It is a tough thing to have to face. I have a lady friend who was just diagnosed with breast cancer and now has to have a double mastectomy. She is a young 40 something years old and is having a really rough time trying to deal with all of it. She has lots of friends and family keeping her in their thoughts and prayers and I will ask them to include your mother in those prayers.
