    Default Youngest sons big trout

I had Wes on the Norfork and Dry Run Creek for a few days and while in Dry Run he hooked a really big rainbow.Twenty five minutes and 150 yards later I netted a 26 inch rainbow with 19 inch girth. He also caught a 25 and 23 inch brown in the three days we were there.Dry Run is a youth catch and release creek for the record for those not familiar with the area.Needless to say I was one proud and happy father on this trip. These fish put his 5 weight Sage to the test.First time Wes has ever been at a real loss for words.

Wes is about to turn 16 and you have to be under 16 to fish it.It is in Arkansas below. Norfork Dam about 10 or 12 miles from Mountain Home.Wes has been flyfishing for about 3 years now.
