Default Another New (to me) Species!!

Well, I did it again! Added another new species to my portfolio of fishes of Nebraska caught on a fly! I think it is a Drum. Please correct me if that is not true. It was about 15" and great fun on the 3wt!! Still swimming, though I was sorely tempted to keep it for my fish printing experiment. . . .

Yes Mr. Rolfson, you've got yourself a drum. Aren't they a blast to catch?! I have taken these guys in the same days with carp, and must say that they fight a bit harder and stubbornly than carp. I caught one a few weeks ago that was a really bronze color. He was hanging out in a spot where I was catching SMB.

    Congratulations on the new species!!
