nice.
looks like a yellow hard bodied popper is pretty tough to beat in your neck o' the woods.
Leave No Trace
I like that slideshow! I need to play with that feature a bit. . . . .
Thanks for sharing!

I like it, and it looks as if you caught four species on the same day. We would consider that a warmwater grand slam, which entitles you to a banana split. Unfortunately it will be another year before I am in NJ so you will just have to treat yourself. Anyway congratulations on the slam and the slide show!

I'd feel bad if all those fish were caught in one day It would take me all summer!
Nice job on the slide show!
Thanks, I enjoyed the show!
The first 7 were caught, plus more, on one trip with my new Orvis Madison bamboo rod, love was in the air! The balance of the show were caught a day or two later on my Phillipson Royal fiberglass. And yes, a popper is my favorite as it produces and I love that burst of aggression.....
My "go-to" lake is never a disappointment. It produces LMB, yellow perch, bluegill, crappie, chain pickerel, golden shiner and carp; and, this past Sunday, the first time I've ever seen it, a fellow was fishing the shoreline and caught a big catfish!!!!
GLENN: forget the banana split, they always go to my hips! But, let me know when you're here, I'm in southern NJ, and maybe we can "hook-up".
Thanks all, Jim
Looks like you had a really good time!! I'd be taking a few of those gill's home for a fish fry!!!
