Outstanding Service from Caddis

Yesterday I bought some fins from Sportsman's Warehouse. They are made by Caddis and came highly recommended to me. At any rate, the lace keepers (a small and insignificant part) were missing. I could have just tied the laces like everyone else. Anyway, I emailed Caddis and explained things to them and they replied right away. They are mailing the lace keepers to me at no charge.
AWESOME SERVICE CADDIS! If you don't spoil your customers, someone else will.

I have always had good luck with caddis. Their customer service is exceptional and their products are inexpensive but of a decent quality
