    Default Good and Bad news

    Hello everyone;

    Bad news first.

My cancer has returned. Not as bad but still I will start on Chemo after the battery of test are finished next week. Prayers are requested. I am still positive we will kick this mess but this is just a set back.

Great news now: On Saturday at 7:05am
A beautiful new Hattaway Girl child was born. She has a head full of dark hair and dark eyes (at this point)
She weight 7lbs 11 oz and was 21 inches long. A keeper in anyones book. She has a small bladder infection but they say it is nothing to worry about. She is still in the hospital mommy is doing well but worried about the baby, this hospital will not let mommy leave without the baby.

Get this, the baby had a ankle alarm on it from the moment it was born until it leaves the hospital. If someone picks up the baby without a braclet on the alarm will go off. If someone gets within 5 feet of the window or the door the alarm goes off. Best security I have ever seen.

This makes my 3rd grandchild. Her name is Hailey Ann.

Her poor mom 17 hours of labor... But she was all smiles when we saw her last night.

Her daddy is pooped, he has not slept since this all started on Friday.

Thanks in advance for the well wishes.

    Harold

    Hi Harold,

Well, that is both bad to hear and good too.

I am so sorry you have to go through Chemo treatments again. I hope you have a much easier go at it this time and that you have a full and speedy recovery.

Congrats to you and your family with the addition to the Hattaway clan!

    Happy Trails!

Congratulations on the grand daughter Harold. My prayers are that you beat this cancer and get to hold her for a long time and be there for her whenever she needs you.

    HH:

    Congrays on the little one.

I am sure you will kick the other thing once again. I have no fears - only the knowlege that you were strong enough before and will be again this time.

Bracelets from the boys are in the mail.
