Help finding Rick's article(s)

Okay, I remember reading a couple of Rick's weekly articles that went into what he does to manage the farm ponds that he is able to fish. He explained what he was doing and why and even how he would give a proposal to the landowner (if I am remembering it correctly.) However, I am unable to find these articles now. I can't remember if they are in the WarmWater or the Panfish sections of the website. I have tried searching using both the built in search box AND google restricting the search to FAOL and I keep coming up empty.

Do any of you remember these articles, and better yet have them bookmarked? I have a friend who is starting to manage a farm pond I wanted to refer them to.
