    Default Looking for new boots?

Just thought, that anyone looking for new "footsies" for the upcoming season might be interested in these..............
Madison River Fly shop, in their online store, is closing out the William Joseph h2O boots, sized 9 to 14, felt sole-with replaceable studs, for $39.95. (retail is $89.95)
I bought a pair, last year, for "backups" and they're a pretty decent boot. Only wore them 6 times, but they were very comfortable and the felt seems to be very tough.
Here's a pic if you're not familiar with their products.

Would you be able to post a link to the website, or to the page with this boot?

    Cheers,

Wowzers!! Sorry, and RIGHT you are!
I got the "request a free catalog" link to work, but evidently, (since yesterday when I was on their site), their "licensing agreement" with their web server has expired and so, until they renew it, it will kill their links!?!
I'm sorry, to get this started, then have it go haywire!!
The boots WERE still on sale, as of last night at about 8PM (PST).
HOPEFULLY, they'll see the "errors of their ways" and renew their certificate on Monday, (unless they catch it and can get it done on a Sunday!?).
It'll cost them mega bucks, if this goes on for too long, I'm sure!
Sorry again, for all of this. I'll keep a close eye on the site, to see what it comes back around!

I just, now, called Brian at Madison River and they ARE aware of the problem and are working hard to get it fixed.
You can, call them and ask about the boots, and anything else, at 1-800-227-7127.

I fished those boots last year and really liked them. I did put the enclosed studs in the bottom of the felt. Mine came with a tool and very short machine type screws to apply to the bottom of the felt to add a stud. I thought that they were easy on, and off, and the drawstring laces are nice. I also thought that they are very light weight so it was easy to walk in them all day. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
