Posting Polls

I may just be a bit slow, but I don't seem to see an option to post polls here. In other BB's that use this format (sorry I don't know what it is, just how to use it) it is pretty simple. Has this feature been disabled or am I a slow learner?

I looked for the option when setting up a new thread, but I could not locate the feature to set up a poll. Perhaps the option is limited to admin and moderators or special requests?
