Default how many flies do you carry when fly fishing out of your boa

While going through my fly boxes to see what I need to replentish, my daughter asked me how many flies I had in the boat. Well, I asked her to help me count them. Now, I do like and use quite a few flies. I fish for bass, panfish and hybrids/stripers. In fact I have a rule when it comes to panfishing(bluegills/warmouths,shellcrackers & crappie) after 10 panfish I change flies just to see what else they will or will not hit. Anyways, I had a total of 980 flies in my fly boxes in my boat. Does anyone else have this disease? Just wondering. My wife says she glad I tie all my flies. Well, it's off to the vise so I can break a 1000.
    Take care,
May the tug on your line be a big one!

Three boxes maybe no more the 100 usually depends on the type fish I'm after. Bluegills box of foam spiders--Small mouth and trout lake some streamers BILL

I'm a kayaker ... aka ... minimalist. Two - four fly boxes with about a dozen saltwater flies in each.

980!!??? Be honest. How many never have been and never will be tied on the end of your line?

For warm water I have one largemouth box, one panfish box, and one smallmouth box.
Most times only two of those boxes will go along.
In the salt I carry one large box that will get supplied from a collection of boxes that stays home or in the truck.
I fish warm water out of a canoe, and the salt from a kayak so I don't like to carry what I won't use

I carry most all my flies but use mainly:

    1) Eyed wooley buggers
    2) Wooley buggers
    3) bees
    4) bream killers
    5) poppers
Good fishing technique trumps all.....wish I had it.

None. I hate fishing out of a boat and haven't done so for maybe 10 years. When I do use my boat I usually carry about 3 dozen - duck decoys that is
