I'm kinda cranky

Yes, I'm kinda cranky. I am not a young person. I came back to my beloved FAOl since April 1 this year. I am stumblng around like an old man on a mission to do something he hasn't done in a couple of 20 years or so....like bowling or buying a simple meal on the corner like corn flakes and milk. Only I can't do these simple things anymore, I am tired. Please help mne to find the old Posts at the top of the page....Main menu, home, bulliten board, sound off... where did they go, I am peeing in my pants and scratchiing my head. Oh lord please help me get back to my normal place in the Old Home. Thank you FAOL...please help me. Your most benovelent subscriber. DSchock would understand. Jonezee

First of all DON'T PEE in your pants!!!
Get a warm cup of Cocoa, calm down, think about all the fish your going to catch, have your wife rub your neck.
Do what I do, get some post it notes and write stuff down! You don't have to tax what's left of your mind!
Do things to cut down on your stress! Take a warm bath!
Ask questions!!!! You ask and someone answers!!! How bout that???
Everything will be alright.
Another thing! WHERE HAVE U BEEN??????????

Doug, I don't own any post it notes.....I adhore them. I am here, been travelling on business around and about the midwest. FAOL is kiinda like Yoga to me. I breath it in and I breath it out. Most is good, some is stuffy...mostly I feel good. Isn'that the way I shoudl feel? Good.....I feel better already. This is not a huge thing, I have seen worse. Like the Grateful Dead once said....we shall survive. Doug, you help keep things in line here, I have to migrate around the midwet and when I come back I expect you to have thngs in order...thanks.
