    Thank you for this article. Every time I see it, I wind up in tears ... pets and good hearts will do that to a guy!

    We were in the local marine electronics shop today. We are somewhat aquainted. I noticed that one of the birds was "missing" and "Grammy" told us he drowned recently in the shop at 23 yrs old and was found by Christine, the 6yo granddaughter. Some kind of little parrot type bird.
    Christine inquired as the Dinah's well being as she ALWAYS stopped by the booth at the shows to visit Dinah.
    The explanation, though very easy and quickly accepted, that Dinah and her bird were now together flying and running around together, waiting for us, haad to be gotten out and over with quickly. Or you know what......salty tears and electronics clash sometimes.

    I was sent that last week. It does cloud these ol' Irish eyes up a wee bit.
