I picked up a cheap Okuma "Airframe" graphite reel for my 8wt Lamiglass that I use for bass. I typically abuse this rod and didn't want anything expensive on it. For a $30 reel, I have zero complaints. It has functioned flawless thus far.

I have two Integrity reels, and like them both. Good deals, for sure.

I have a Sierra model. The one-way bearing broke down after only one year. Replacement parts were easy to get. I bought an extra one just in case.
Has been servicable ever since.
I only use this reel on a 4 wt for small trout an brookies so it dosen't get a vigorous workout.
I use an Okuma Airframe reel for warm water fishing and its performed flawless for over 2 years. Not bad for plastic!
I bought an okuma slv 89 this year and it seems to be a decent reel havent fished it yet will let you know how it is.

You can't go wrong with that combo for the $$$ spent. I fish mostly TFO rods and TFO or Okuma reels. I have ZERO complaints.Originally Posted by jeliask
I had an Okuma Sierra a few years ago, it usually worked fine, but on two occasions I broke off salmon because a grain of sand had worked it's way into the drag. At that time I wouldn't ever let my rods of reels touch the ground so I never could figure that one out. I ended up giving the reel to a 15 year old kid from whose parents got laid off when the town paper mill shut down. . . the reel has worked flawlessly for him and by now he's had it quite a bit longer than I did.
