    Default Smallest Fly Reel?

The smallest reel that I have found, and I mean a "real" reel that can be fished, not a novelty reel is this one

    rrhyne56,
I have one of those for my TFO 6 foot, 2-weight and it works fine. I wouldn't believe that you're going to be getting many fish into your backing for the size rod you're probably going to use it on, so I recommend it. I don't think I would use it to catch tarpon, but it was the smallest and lightest I could find at the time, too. I like mine.

Yeppers, I have a one weight Clear Fork that with the one weight Orvis line on it. Want to get a small reel for the two weight line I have as well. Right now that two weight line is on a big old honking 0 Cahill reel

I have both the Avon and Ariel reels by J. Austin Forbes, 3-5 weight. They arent the micro-reels your looking for, but I can attest to the overall quality and it is excellent.

Those Austin Forbes reels are good looking stuff, high quality I am certain. I will likely have to pass on them simply due to justifiable expenditure issues at home

    Any other fly weight reels?

Actually the Forbes reels are sold almost exclusively online at Ebay now. I have seen several of their small line-weight models (zero thru 3 weight) on there at almost a 50% discount to the price listed on their website....so they may be in your price range after all??
