When I noticed their $10 hat and put it on my last order I wasn't expecting to much.Got it today and was pleasantly surprised by it's quality.

I also like the company a lot, however I discovered something on my last two orders.
I sent the first one in on Feb 1st it had not arrived by the 20th, I sent the second order in on the 5th it also had not arrived by the 20th so I phoned, Eric told me that a couple of things were back-ordered and that shipments to Canada are not sent till the whole order can be shipped because of the high cost of the shipping to Canada. I told Him its not a problem this time because the stuff I ordered can wait a bit. I had the option of dropping off the couple of things that were holding up the shipment but decided to wait it out.
Its just something for us Canucks to think about if time is a factor.
For God's sake, Don't Quote me! I'm Probably making this crap up!
Back to the hat - I have about six million hats, and the H&H one I bought ages ago is by far my favourite, it fits really nice, I just love it. Best hat I got!
