    Default New Tying Desk!!!

I feel a real need to share this with family. We're moving soon, to a place close to the upper Spokane River in Eastern Washington. The family book-keeper said I could get a new tying desk for the new digs, and this is what I wound up with. MAN, I can hardly wait to use it. Be jealous if you like, I'm just plain tickled.

Very nice Joe. I just got a new one too plus a new vice also. Your setup is very nice and compact whereas mine is strewn from pillar to post with all sorts of stuff. Glad to share your "tickeled" with You. Say Hi to Linda for me. I'll See you at the Fish-ins.
    Cheers!

    Bugsy,
The tool rack came from Sportsman's Warehouse. I think it was around $10. Cheap but effective.

    Lotech,

You've got a really sweet setup there. I've wanted a roll-top desk for some time but haven't been able to find one at a reasonable price. I see only one major problem----WAY TOO NEAT! Get tying, fix the neatness problem ASAP! A couple dozen of this and a couple dozen of that ought to get it looking like a genuine fly tier's area. Don't forget to spill a little head cement and glue (my specialty). Enjoy your new area, it's a winner. 8T
