    Default TFO help

    my buddy is intersted in buying a saltwater outfit, and we have a quick question. What advantages does the TFO Pro series have over the TiCr? I have a 5wt ticrx and it is great, but if he can get more bang for his buck with the pro series, why not? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    The Pro series has more of a mid flex action. Just a little slower than the TiCR. Some people say it?s like they can feel the rod loading better and prefer it. It is all a question of taste. Your best bet is to go to a fly shop and try them both.
