The Rocky is fishable now, my buddy was there Wed. and landed 4. The Vermilion is still a little on the high side and muddy, should fish on Sun. I don't know about the rivers farther to the East.
Cream or Oregon cheese colored eggs with a PT nymph or a Prince nymph as dropper would be a good combo to start the day with. All in a size 12 or 14 will do.
