    Default peacock foam

I was searching on Ebay and found that someone was selling a mini kit they made up, that included peacock colored foam for the body. It was for a beetle pattern. does anyone know where you could get this?? The seller does not sell just the foam.

    thanks

hmmm it looks like the body is colored i would asume
you could use pantone pens they do sell a peacok green
pen let theat dry good then use a black and brown pen
and well its still kinda fresh shelac the back of the body the pantone ink might run a bit then . to produce the efect ive never used them befor so i dont know.

its just my thought on it

    Warm Water:

That stuff looks just like a product called "Loco Foam." Can't tell from the picture exactly what color it is, but I'm sure if you look around you an find a close match. I've also heard of folks making their own by getting thin mylar sheets or metalic foil from craft stores and bonding it to foam, but I haven't tried this myself.

Probably loco foam. You might be able to find transfer foil at your local craft store. Look for Mother of Pearl, Motor Oil or Road Slick. Google "Jones Tones" and you can order it on line. Pick some black adhesive backed foam at the craft store, apply transfer foil to the sticky side and you're in business. Start punching out or cutting out shapes for your bugs.
