Oklahoma and Arkansas fishermen please help on my paper

Well I have finally decided on a topic for my law school seminar paper on State Attorney Generals. I will be researching the Oklahoma v. Tyson foods case from the perspective of the powers the oklahoman AG (edomonson)has to sue an out of state actor.
Anyone have any good information on this topic. I am especially interested in the legal and political aspects of the case.
