For any of you tyers that have been considering joining a swap, but haven't got around to it yet, we have a rookie swap started on the swap page. No one can join in unless they have been in no more than 1 prior swap here on FAOL. It is a good way to get started swapping if you haven't tried it out yet. And it is limited to only 8 tyers, so you don't have many to tie for your first time. Signup is open until Monday or the swap fills.

Not trying to steal your post ol"blue, but there is another swap just starting up also called Leftovers. It looks to be a real good swap. Plenty of spaces left. I am not hosting this swap but it does have a great host in DianeID. Just wanted to put a plug in also. John

Let me also add that ol' blue is one of the best swapmeister's on this board. If you've never entered a swap and would like to get your feet wet, there is no better time than now. You'll find ol' blue willing to answer any questions as well as offer encouragement and affirmation for what you've submitted for the swap.
