Default H&H kit- Start of addiction

I shoulda seen it comin. First the H&H kit, two Boo refinishs done, now a Heddon and a Monty waiting in the wings. Then my Boss and I were talking about my refinishing, and he wants me to refinish the Boo his Dad gave his son. Is there a step program for this? Ill bet its how Leo got stated

lol, Yes Clyde, exactly, and just about everyone else too. Once it gets in the blodd, transfusions don't even work.

    Good luck with that heddon....

by the way, I am looking for a Black Beauty, 8 1/2 1 3/4 ferrule if anyone has one.....must have all 4 equal sections...other than that...anything goes...

When he's not building his own bamboo rods, my fishing partner buys, refinishes, and resells
(some of them anyway) older cane rods
He also repairs all rods brought in to a large urban tackle shop.
He couldn't fish today because he had two rods to wrap and finish by tomorrow morning....

Fish or build rods..... you decide
The simpler the outfit, the more skill it takes to manage it, and the more pleasure one gets in his achievements.

    Hey Clyde,
Looks like you jumped in head first too I see.
Not to hijack Leo's request but can you help me with this also? Joe thought he had one but ended up needing for another rod. If you guys have a goto guy for OLD goodies...
