Default Thank you to all Vets.

This is not intended to become a political post.

I know that it is the 30th aniversary of the end of the Vietnam war. I want to express my grattitude to all Vets from all wars for risking their lives in an effort to make this world a better place.

Blessed are the peacekeepers, for they will be called God's Children.

I join SheTies in thanking all past and present military for their service and contributions.

They wouldn't take me in 1970-71, tried to join but they said eyes and knees were too bad. Drafted the day before and the day after my birthday.

    Thanks again guys and gals!!

Ailsa: Thank you, this old soldier appreciates the thoughts of someone remembering, specially since it comes from a Canadian.

"Swim", said the Mommy Fishy, "Swim if you can!"
And they, swam swam, all over the Dam.

I'd like to thank all those who've served in the past and present. Your dedication and sacrifice is greatly appreciated. Especially my father who fought in both Korea and Viet Nam. He passed away a little over 2 years ago.
