Default Here's the rod "WE" built, Finally!!!!

Thanks again to everyone who helped me out on my first building venture. I think it turned out pretty good, but unfortunately I have nothing to compare it to. this is the first custom rod I've ever built or even seen in person. Please feel free to throw out the constructive criticism. Thanks again!

I see absolutely nothing wrong with that rod- looks like a fine fishing tool! Actually, it does look a bit too clean- better take it fishing and get it broken in!

P.S. Clyde's right, before you know it, yer gonna be needing a 'boo project to work on

Our rod? I think since you built it I should be the one to test it! It's only fair. Way t' go! Nice build and the color scheme screams for water.

Great! You must have used color preserver, that blue thread really looks nice. I have a couple Forecasts and I really like them. Have fun!

Yes on the color preserver. I liked the contrast of the bright blue against the dark blank. Unfortunately I haven't even had the chance to go out into the yard for a few casts. I'm having serious casting withdrawals!
