Just sending out a shout to all the fly fisherman here in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex.....
Still trying to figure out how to search all the members so see who all is in a specific area to try and get some fishing outings put together....

I'm in Garland, TX, and would enjoy an outing most weekends. I have found a few productive areas around Richardson, and I also head to Broken Bow, OK several times a year.

Alan, Don't live in the D/FW area but did grow up in it. (Bedford) Do have some buddies in your general area that do fly fish. Will get in touch with them and hopefully they will get in touch with you. Fish on Bro'

Alan, I'm a bit northeast of the metroplex proper,Farmersville. It's so blasted hot I can hardly think of fishing nowadays. I might be up for a get-together when it's cooler or in air conditioned comfort now. I'm attempting to learn to tie flies during the time it's too uncomfortable to fish. Thought tying might keep my mind off the fact that I ain't fishing.Dadburnit, the lakes are so dried up that my normal fishing places are overrun with cattle grazing now.
