Thanks Joe,,, they really are nice to tie under.
That price from there is not really a sell. They have some of those same Ott lights here at Lowes for cheaper normally. That 13" folding is $49.95 regular at Lowes.
Is there a special (natural/sun) light bulb? Tried the "blue" type but it too casts an odd shade. I have plenty of lamps- don't need to punch out $40 when I really just needed the proper bulb.
Still a beginner trying to achieve the status of a novice at this tying thing.

Lowes also has a Tensor desk lamp with the same 13 watt true color bulb as the Ott light and Daylight lamp for about $30. I like it better because the arm is articulated (more options for lamp placement and height over vise), the shade is movable (direct the light better to reduce glare), and the lamp can be left in place (don't have to fold it down to turn it off).

Hey Wednesday Caster,
You posed an excellent question about the natural light bulbs. I went to
the smartest folks I know, Google. They gave me a lot of options.
You might want to check some of them out. Warm regards, Jim
