    Default Jim Hatch's Lemon Pie

    Jim's recipe for this week, (see What's Cooking on the menu) is sitting on the cupboard cooling. It's 90 outside, and yes I heated up the house a bit to make it. Castwell got to clean out the pan. Looks absolutely wonderful.

    Hey Deanna,

    It's a personal favorite of mine. I've always liked lemon maringue
    but the sour creme in this one just adds a nice creaminess and a bit of

    Holy lemonade Batman! It's going into the oven this weekend, I will use my homade crust but other than that it looks like another day in paradise coming up! Thanks Jim.
