I can not praise Hook & Hackle enough, I intered a swap and then discovered I was out of the hooks I needed for it. I could only find them at Hook & Hackle. I ordered them and received them thoday only 4 days after I ordered them. It was just a small order but it was still processed super fast. Thanks Ron for the Super Service. John

I had the same results with a small thread order and I see one of our new rod builder delighted to get his order so quickly. Ron even called me to verify my email. It seem's they were using my old and he fixed it while we were on the phone.

Jonezee, Sorry I did not get your email. I Ordered some Mustad 3399 #16 and some Mustad 94840 #10. Ron followed up my order with a couple of real nice emails and I received the hooks in 4 days. With that kind of service I will sure continue to order from them . and recommend them highly. John
